Description
Begonia albo picta form Tamaya is reedy and bushy, very resistant. It can reach a meter in height. Its leaves are large and asymmetrical, approximately 15 cm long. The color of its leaves is light green with small white dots all over the surface. The Tamaya form refers to the pruning style in which the plant looks like a small tree with all the foliage concentrated in one point. Blooms in deep red to soft pink clusters. It can be grown outdoors as long as it does not suffer from frost and indoors with plenty of light.
- Light: semi-shade, can resist morning or afternoon sun.
- Irrigation: moderate, avoid waterlogging and direct watering on the leaves
- Temperature range: 10 - 35 ºC
- Substratum: Loose substrate rich in organic matter, we recommend our general substrate mix
